  • Learn about the C-PACE program in your area.

  • Become a registered contractor.

  • Once approved, your company will be listed on the md-pace.com website.

  • Work with property owners to fill out the Pre-Application, scope, and/or develop project analysis.

  • Develop final scope, project costs, and schedule. Assist property owners with final application.
  • Receive payments – either in a lump sum or in scheduled construction draws.

  • Project complete! You gained another happy customer, ready to refer your company to their network.
